Consequences if the maintenance date has expired on SafeCom.
If you have installed a permanent SafeCom license, the expire date shown is the maintenance expire date. When this date reaches the SafeCom server will continue to work as normal.
Consequences is that you will not be able to perform server upgrades, or install new versions on existing devices without a new license.
Without valid maintenance you don`t qualify for support either, but some times the maintenance contract is updated, but the license is just not installed.
Please contact your reseller and make sure you receive a new license and keep the maintenance contract valid.
If your server is running a trial license there is no maintenance expire date, but the service will stop working when the license expire date reaches and you need a new trial or a permanent license to restore the service.
