Problem Statement:
When installing Safecom Go it is grabbing a Safecom P-Go license instead of Safecom Go license
Cause:
Safecom Go will be loaded as P-Go if none of the following tracking options was selected "Copy" or "Folder" or "Fax" or "Email".
Resolution:
Use the configuration web page of your device to configure SafeCom Go to enable tracking of "Copy" and/or "Folder" and/or "Fax" and/or "Email".
