This solution has been provided from Microsoft. Microsoft has not written an official technical description for what this workaround does, they only describes this as a workaround to solve this issue.

Microsoft are not able to inform if they will be releasing a hotfix for this workaround later on.

  1. Download the attached file and unzip the file MixedPrintJobsIssue_2008R2.zip.
  2. Apply the Registry fix on the servers ("MixedPrintJobsIssue_2008R2_TerminalServer.reg" on Terminal Server and "MixedPrintJobsIssue_2008R2_PrintServer.reg" Print Server).
  3. Restart all affected servers.

Note:The update should be applied outside office hours to avoid downtime for users.

This issue is not specific to Nuance software. As such, it applies to Equitrac, SafeCom and other print tracking applications.
