# Konica Minolta device logs prints as copies in Papercut (Troubleshooting)

## Konica Minolta device logs prints as copies in Papercut

When I print to a Konica Minolta MFD, those prints are additionally logged as copies. This happens in particular in conjunction with print release.

You need to make sure print jobs go to the copier “unauthenticated”. Please see the section titled “Enabling unauthenticated printing” in the Konica Minolta Embedded Manual.

**Note:** Both the Print Driver settings and the Front Panel / LCD settings need to be changed.
