Information:
To prevent unauthorized access to the Nuance ID Controller's configuration we recommend that the password be changed from the default: adm.
1. Open the Advanced Configuration web page.
2. Click Password.
3. Enter the Old Password, New Password and Verify Password. For the password, use any upper case, lower case, special characters or digits but should be a maximum 8 characters.
4. Click Save and Continue.
5. Click Restart.
Warning: Make sure to store the password in a secure place. If the password is forgotten, the serial number and the MAC address of the ID Controller is required and a support ticket with Nuance.
