How to collect SafeCom Ricoh GO logs from S87 nnn.030*03 onwards
The SafeCom Go Ricoh embedded logging tool is sometimes showing inaccurate/inconsistent data.
To help you gather the logs to identify issues a new utility can be used. The results can be added to the Nuance Support case.
- Create a directory on a PC.
2. Copy the two files RSH.EXE and RSHC.BAT into this directory.
3. Open a command prompt.
Then to channel the log output into files run the tool for an extended period of time, use the following command:RSHC.BAT 1>> RSH_STDOUT.TXT 2>> RSH_STDERR.TXT
Example: RSHC.BAT 192.168.1.100 1>> RSH_STDOUT.TXT 2>> RSH_STDERR.TXT
