      Folders to exclude from AntiVirus Scans

      Information:

      The following folders will need to be excluded from the Virus Scan:

      • SafeCom Data folder
        • default path 64bit: %ProgramFiles%\SafeCom\SafeComG4\Data
      • Windows Spool folder
        • default path: C:\Windows\SYSTEM32\SPOOL\PRINTERS
      • SQL Database folders (Database files, Database Log files and Replication Snapshots)
        • default path 64bit: %ProgramFiles%\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL12.SAFECOMEXPRESS\MSSQL\DATA
      • SafeCom_Trace folder
        • default path: C:\SafeCom_trace
